We have been providing theatre tickets, hotel and travel services bookings online since January 2002. We offer excellent seats for all the great shows in Beijing and believe our service is second to none. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm (Beijing time) Monday to Friday and between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

What's the best time to beijing?

Spring and autumn is the best time to be in Beijing, particularly in the months of April, May, September and October. But, at the same time, if you want to enjoy a shows at Beijing theatres, any time of year you can find it here, especially the Chinese Traditional Performance, Every night several famous theatres opens up its treasure trove to bring in the best that almost leaves you speechless.

What's the best way of travelling around beijing?

We always recommend travelling by public transport in and around Beijing. Drive a car in the capital can be very difficult by the traffic congestionjam. The best way to travel is by taxi or subway. Nowadays, Beijing Underground is easy to follow and will connect you to all places of interest. Most theatres are within a short walking distance from the subway stations.

Is there a dress code for Beijing theatres?

There is no dress code for most theatres in Beijing, however we would advise that customers dress smart-casual. Dress code for our evening cruises is smart only, the jeans or trainers is also receivability. As a general guide, we would recommend that you make an effort to look smart, but be comfortable.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?

It is best to arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Can I take photographs of the show?

No cameras, video camera or recording devices are allowed in any theatres. In some of the larger Beijing theatres, images from the show can be bought in the foyer. Souvenir programmes are also available at most shows.

Do the theatres have wheelchair access? Do they have induction loops for the hard of hearing?

Most Beijing theatres offer wheelchair access facilities for the disabled. However, there are noly a few theatres has rents the induction loops. For further information, it's probably best to contact the theatres directly.

Can my child/baby attend the theatre?

As Beijing's theatres stipulated, the babies without accompanying adults will not be allowed to attend, and to ensure that all customers enjoy the show, there are not encouraged to babies in arms. Children over the height of one meter must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat.

Will the show be suitable for children?

Generally, most shows in Beijing's Theatres are suitable for children but please note that as a GENERAL guideline, an age of 5 years and over is recommended (more specific age limits may apply with differing productions).

Do you offer child/student discounts?

Yes, We offers discount tickets for children. However, depending on the shows and theatres, children will get a reductions with 10%-30% than adults. There is no discount for students unless you are part of a school group.

How to booking the tickets with you?

Welcome to inquiry or booking Beijing theatre tickets with sales@theatrebeijing.com or call 0086 -13801067568, your booking information including: Your Name, Date, Time, Tickets and telephone, We will confirm tickets and seats booking within 10 minutes, When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or by call, which includes the confirmed detailed ticket with prices.

Can I order tickets from overseas?

Yes. We accept orders from every country. We will collect payment from you in USD. You can collect your tickets at the theatre box office prior to the show or let's to leave tickets for collection at hotel receptions. We are unable to be mailed overseas for an additonal cost.

Do you offer theatre tokens or a pre-payment scheme?

What's the difference between Face Value and Selling Price?

Being a long-term ticket agency, Theatre Beijing had negotiated the very best offers and discounts with many theatres in Beijing. some of the shows tickets is above the forty-sixty percent discount than its market price.

How do I pay?

Up to now, We only accept payment in cash, you could pay RMB or USD to our staff when you get the tickets. and We will able to collect payment from the credit cards or online payment in the not too distant future.

Can I collect my tickets at the theatre and What should I do?

Customers may collect their tickets at the theatres up to an hour before your chosen performance, where our english-staff will be waiting for you. This option allows you to travelling in Beijing without the worry of keeping your tickets with you.

Could I requested tickets to be deliveried to my hotel or house/apartment?

When your booking had confirmed, you could ask the tickets to be deliveried, I'd like to know the following info: Your Name, detailed address, appropriate time, Cell phone.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, You could cancel the booking upon 4 hours before the show by E-mail or call.

What if the show is cancelled?

If a show is cancelled and you had paid for prior to the event, you will receive a full refund or seats at a different performance. We will do our very best to contact you beforehand and as soon as we are made aware of any such cancellation.
